Pieces in original packaging, unworn and untagged are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Earrings and other hygiene-restricted items are non-returnable for safety reasons.

We want you to wear what you love. If a piece isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Made-to-order pieces
Pieces ordered through Studio — custom metal tones, engravings, sized rings — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We confirm specifications by email before crafting begins.
How to return
Email hello@kritrim.in with your order number. Our team will share a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Most refunds reach your account in 3–7 working days after we receive the piece.
Exchanges
Same-piece size or metal swaps are free within 14 days, subject to availability. Different-piece exchanges are processed as a return + new order to maintain pricing accuracy.
Damaged on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and item before opening fully and email us within 48 hours. We replace at no cost — no return needed.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Prepaid orders are refunded fully (including shipping if the return is our fault). COD orders are refunded to a bank account you provide.
