Who we are

Kritrim is a direct-to-consumer artificial jewellery house operated in India. By using this site or buying a piece, you agree to these terms.

Pricing & GST

Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships and to refund any difference if a charged amount was incorrect.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, oversized for a single customer, or otherwise abusive.

Made-to-order

Studio pieces require a 50% advance and have a fourteen-day craft window. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Specifications are confirmed by email before production.

Shipping

We ship across India via Shiprocket partners. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.

Returns

Eligible returns are detailed on the Returns page. Hygiene-restricted items (earrings) and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, copy, the Kritrim name and the Mirror, Studio and Stylist features are owned by Kritrim. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We do our best to deliver beautiful pieces, but our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Mumbai.

Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes are emailed to registered customers. Current version: 2026-05-19.
